Lost the ability to manually add a distance against an elliptical activity

Today I noticed I have lost the ability to edit calories in manually added activities. In my case swimming - I find Garmin overestimates calories based on time and distance swan. Yesterady I could edit calories fine. I see that the App Version on my phone is now 4.46.0.24

Same; latest Garmin update means I can edit time/calories for elliptical activities but not add a distance as I could previously.

Subject says it all really. I used to be able to add the distance  to the elliptical but there is no option to do this now in connect.

Why can’t I no longer add distance on a new elliptical event?  The distance shows when I add a gym event but not elliptical.

Yep same here too. I started a similar thread about a week ago and there’s been no response. Bit rubbish really. Not a great deal of point tracking an elliptical workout with garmin without even the most basic metrics such as distance. 

Same for me. First issue was reported 23 days ago and I don’t see any positive answer or resolution from Garmin team !!!
