Hi, same issue on my phone :-(
- device: iPhone 12 Pro
- iOS: 14.7.1
- Garmin Connect app version: 4.46.0.24
- symptoms: no data from Garmin Connect appears in Apple Health since update to latest version of Garmin Connect. Last synced data are from 18th August before update. Syncing of G.Connect app with gear (fenix6) is OK, also to web version of Garmin Connect.
Hi @Garmin-Kevin - as written originally - yes a reboot of the phone solved it. I posted my experience from iOS15 beta - but others have the same issue on 14.7 - and issue that should not happen. I can't blame Garmin :) for my issue as I'm running a beta version. But I posted it to make certain 4143999 was not the only one
Please follow the steps below:
1. Open Apple Health and click on the Steps card:
2. Click on Data Sources & Access:
3. Ensure that Connect is at the top of the Data Sources list. If necessary, select Edit in the top right and then drag Connect to the top.

What Garmin Connect Information Can Be Shared With Apple Health?
I had settings as provided. Garmin on the top. I followed the procedure again and nothing has changed. Garmin Connect app still sync data with Health after 1) Iphone reboot 2) force close of the Connect app. I’ve upgraded app on my wife device and this device also stop to sync data every 15 mins with Health. I think this issue is widely known.

I am having the exact same issue. Only difference is my iPhone is an X. I even completely removed Connect and all data from my phone and then reinstalled. This caused it to sync old data that hadn't synced after the Connect update. But, I went for a run the next day and it didn't sync again.

I am having this exact same issue, it started yesterday. In my case, my steps no longer sync to the phone (everything is configured correctly as shown in this thread). The funny thing is that if I force-close the app and then re-open it, it will sync all of my steps at that moment, but will not do it again in the future until I force-close and re-open the app again.
