Friday steps not completely synced -Fenix 6x pro

My Garmin Fenix 6X pro did not sync all activities and steps on Friday August 13. It resumed normal functions yesterday and today. The watch stores the correct steps for Friday, but Garmin connect does not. This has broken a very long goal streak. How can I resync Friday?

Many thanks for the reply. The file for Friday 13- August is missing from the watch... that may be why it was not synced?

Is it backed up anywhere?

Hi,

Many thanks for the response.

Garmin is showing step for Friday, just not the correct amount.

There are no .fit file for Friday the 13th at all.

The file from the 12th has 08-42-33 as the ending, the file from the 14th has 09-16-42

Please do let me know if there is more information that I can supply.

There is indeed a gap, for example Number=114 doesn't exist in either the file for the 12th nor the 14th.
