If I understand this correctly, this is a "route" or course that is currently on Garmin Connect Web. I would do this from a computer, not the Garmin Connect Mobile iOS app. If you want to import into Strava

Download the course from Garmin Connect Web as a gpx file
Go to strava routes - Strava | Routes | My Routes
Create new route
Upload GPX
