Hello all,
I just started using my new Index S2 and set up my Gamrin account. The scale tracks and records my weight fine in the Connect app, and the app is also able to keep track of my calorie intake from MyFitnessPal, yet it refuses to use any of the data from Apple Health.
I use my Apple watch to track Sleep, Steps etc and none of this is imported and currently tracking in the connect app. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have Apple Health enabled in the "connected apps" section of the Connect app.
What I have noticed is when I visit data sources & access for "Steps" in Apple Health, Connect isn't an app under "apps allowed to read data", but it has a data source, but with nothing in it.
I'm not sure how to get this working. I have tried uninstalling the Connect App and reinstalling it. I have also checked all the permissions, and have reset my Index S2 as well.
I'm at a loss now for what to do. Any help would be appreciated!
