My iPhone started dying so I bought a new one. Moved everything over to the new phone just in time for the old one to give up completely.
Now though, my vivoactive 3 element will not pair with my new phone. It just keeps saying “already paired”. I’ve powered on and off the phone and watch multiple times. The connect app can find the watch for a few seconds after i switch the watch on, but says it’s not in pairing mode, but the instructions to do this (settings —> pair phone) just result in being told “already paired” with no other option (to force it to pairing mode) or help.
I removed the watch as a device from the app on my new phone hoping it would help force pair (it didn’t). I cannot remove it from the app on my old phone as that phone is now completely dead. It is not in my Bluetooth settings on my new phone to delete, as it hasn’t connected yet. I don’t really want to reset the watch to factory defaults it as I’ll lose a couple of activities that haven’t yet synced. The video previously mentioned in this thread is unavailable. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've moved your thread. Much of the fix is the same. Here's the iOS version of the same video.
