My vivoactive 4 has frozen during an activity and now I can’t get it to come off that screen. Nothing is working. Is there anything I can do?

During my cycle this morning my watch has frozen in the activity screen and now it won’t do anything at all, tried re-syncing it but it’s completely frozen. This has never happened before, is there anything I can do to fix this?
