Order equipment, shoes, gear, bicycles

Is there any way to sort gear, shoes in the app on iOS?
From the web I can see the equipment I have entered alphabetically, but that order is not respected in the iOS app, which makes it difficult to find the equipment used in each session. Is there any way to fix or improve this?

You can't sort gear on either the web or the app. It just so happens that the gear is already sorted alphabetically on the web. You can submit a request using the Share Ideas site - https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/ideas/

Requests and ideas could take quite a while before implemented. You might also submit this is an issue using the Garmin Support site - https://support.garmin.com

The gear on my iPhone is sorted alphabetically by the field "Brand & Model" (not by the nickname!). So as a workaround, if you need another order, rename the gear so, that the sorting fits your needs. For example:

01 Vibram
02 Adidas
03 Nike
04 Brooks

On my iPhone it appears well ordered alphabetically, both the shoes and in the other section, where I keep track of the rest of the material, hydration backpacks, belts, jackets, etc.
all that alphabetical order to consult, but when you try to add equipment to an activity, it does not respect any kind of order.
Only via web it keeps that alphabetical order, add material from the iPhone app is a little nightmare in which I do not stop scrolling back and forth. And now not even that.
