Can't sign into the garmin app

My water wouldn't sync with my phone so i deleted the app and reloaded it. Now I can't get it to sign in. Has anyone else had this issue?

You use the same credentials that you use for Garmin Connect Web. Make sure you can at least login to the web version that way. If the app is not working, suggest contacting support starting from the

I've had the same issue with a Forerunner 35. Couldn't sync, deleted app, reinstalled, cant log in..Would be great to get some support. Same configuration I've had for more than 2 years.

You use the same credentials that you use for Garmin Connect Web. Make sure you can at least login to the web version that way. If the app is not working, suggest contacting support starting from the Garmin Support Center. Meanwhile, you should be able to sync using a Windows or Mac computer with Garmin Express, using the same credentials to link your device to Garmin Connect.
