Strength training without sets, reps or specific exercises on Venu 2

I appreciate Garmin’s attempt to stand out from the crowd when it comes to strength training workouts but I would really appreciate an option to perform a strength workout without having to choose which exercise I’m doing or which set or rep I’m on. I don’t need all that. I just want to record the activity and movement and heart rate like I do when I do the same workout on a Polar, Apple or Whoop device. I couldn’t even make it work trying to create a custom workout. So I’m just using the Train workout for now. Thanks. 

  • You don't have to use the sets and reps. Just start strength and don't bother about exercises. The watch will automatically create one exercise. I always remove that afterwards in Garmin Connect.
