Garmin file won't upload to

I was out of cell phone reception and when I got back tried to upload this run (attached below). Not sure if just another corrupt file or what but I have everything up to date. Any ideas to prevent this from happening are welcome. B7570137.zip

Unzip, then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page

The "entry level" Forerunners (F25/30/35) seem to be prone to corrupt files. I see what seems like10 times the amount of corrupt file posts from them vs. other devices. Nonetheless, here are some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

After verifying that everything has synced, remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device If you're using a Mac computer, empty the trash folder before you unplug your device from the computer
Avoid excessive button presses such as pausing during your activity. If you pause frequently during your run, consider turning on auto pause
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support
