Hello

how do I connect the lily to strava?  Sorry an old fossil when it comes to IT

    The "connection" is initially with Garmin Connect. Have you done that? If so, then if you set it up, the activities will synch with strava.

    Setting up the strava synch:

    • You'll be prompted for your Garmin account email address and password
    • Verify that Activities is toggled on and courses if you want that
    • Click save

    You can also do this straight from the Garmin Connect app

    Tap menu icon, go to Settings > Connected Apps > Strava > Agree. Enter your email and password for strava, then accept the agreement
