FR645 Livetrack link not working

Garmin FR645 Livetrack is sending a link, but no data. This is an important safety feature and I need it to work correctly. The app is updated on my iphone, the software is updated on my watch and no settings have been changed. It was working great, so I don't know what happened. I don't start an activity until the GPS turns green and connects. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that did not help. Suggestions?

I'm having a similar problem. It worked for awhile with an Edge 830 and Android phone. I have reinstalled Connect many times, but it always wants to default to a Wi-Fi connection rather than BT. I have Wi-Fi turned off on the Edge and i have tried turning it off on the phone. Nother seems to work. I eliminate the old Edge connection when i reinstall, but that did not work either. Very frustrating since it is an important safety feature for me.
