Every time I try to view, specifically, my Fitness Age on the Garmin Connect App (iOS), I get a network connection error. I bought my father the same watch and we began wearing them at the same time, have been using the same WiFi, yet his is providing him a fitness age and mine is not. Fixes I have tried based on other posts:
1. Sign out and in
2. Update phone
3. Restart phone
4. Delete and reinstall app
5. Remove and reconnect watch
This is really frustrating as I just spent $800 on watches from Garmin. What can I do?
