Hi, I want to know wich garmin devices are compatible with training effect? More specifically I have a vivosmart 4 is it compatible?

"Many newer Garmin devices, such as the Forerunner 945 and the Edge 830, will have this feature. To learn if your device has Training Effect refer to your Owner's Manual."
So, check the manual.

Vivosmart 4 do not have training effect.
