In the last week Synch has never completed. I also have not seen the Enduro XL activity from last weekend show up so I suspect there may be checks on the activity that are preventing it from uploading.

Try a manual upload of your activity to Garmin Connect. Might be corrupt activity
How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. It is likely corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
I was able to upload the attached file from GC web. I don't think the file is corrupt, just larger.
Can you try the link now
I deleted the large file from my Enduro and it seems to be synching now.
Great, this is what I got - 2021-06-04-14-59-42-fixed.zip. Ran it through Fit File Repair Tool and was able to upload to Garmin Connect. 358 mile ride. 31h 19m
How was I able to upload this from Garmin Connect Web without repairing the file? Or does Garmin Connect Web run it through a file repair? What should a user do whenever they get one of these corrupted files on their devices? It prevented all my future activities from uploading?

Not sure, but when I tried to upload your original it seemed to be stuck. I then ran it through Fit File Repair Tool (took a few hours) then uploaded it without any issues. I noticed you were using "every second" recording. For a 31 hour ride that as a lot of unnecessary timestamps. For your next ultra ride you might consider using Smart Recording. What Is Smart Recording vs. Every Second Recording on a Garmin Fitness Device?

If you know you have corruption, then it is suggested to first backup the fit files located in the folder \GARMIN\ACTIVITY, then delete them off of the device. If you know which one is corrupt you can often fix these by running it through the online program https://www.fitfiletools.com. Use the section remover without any changes. If that doesn't work I would just post your issue here. Fit File Repair Tool is probably one of the better applications for analyzing and repairing fit files, but there is a licensing fee required.
Beyond that here are some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:
The challenge I have with all those complicated procedures if first of all I have no visibility of why the synch between my device and GCM is failing, I just get a not that Synch failed. But there is no indication of why it failed, so very challenging for an end user to know what needs to be done.
Do you think I need to enter a ticket for why the Enduro corrupted the file? Seems like that is also an issue that is going to cause customers dissatisfaction.
