Thanks Andy probably didn’t explain myself but today I used this to get back to a familiar part of the route not the very beginning but took ages fiddling around on my watch to continue my run without starting my watch again
You just have to start the route again and it will after a while see that you are on the route. No need to start at the beginning of a route. You can start anywhere on a route and just start to run and after a while it will say On course and start to navigate.
