It is easiest if you read the support page:
What Is the Heat and Altitude Performance Acclimation Feature?
https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=PQCtbgWxJ65nRatXoHCmy7
You should have as high heat acclimation as possible, so 1% is pretty much no heat acclimation.
So good number is above 80% because garmin did say any thing about numbers
I would say that any heat acclimation is good even if it is just 1%.
So what the point if its 1% or 90%
Did you read the support page?
"Compatible devices provide acclimation notifications and corrections to your recorded VO2 Max. Estimate and Training Status when the outside temperature is above 22ºC (72ºF)"
"You can keep track of your heat and altitude acclimation in the training status widget."
I read it but I dont understand anything that's why I post here , till now I dont understand the point behind it
Your performance is affected by heat which will have affect on VO2 max and other values like training status. You watch will compensate for the heat and heat acclimation is the indicator for how well your body has acclimatized to the heat.
Thank you so much for your support I really appreciate
