Garmin HRM-Pro not able to sync with Garmin Connect

Hi,

I have HRM-Pro and Forerunner 935, the HRM-Pro can connect to the watch and sends the correct data. However when I try to sync just HRM-Pro with Garmin Connect on iOS, it doesn't work. The HRM-Pro connects via bluetooth, but when it tries to sync, there is a white exclamation mark on red background next to the device icon and when I tap a dialog appears:

Sync Failed
FileTransferError invalidRequest

I've changed the battery, unpaired it and paired it again, tried to sync it on Garmin Connect on Android, but it doesn't work. On Android it just doesn't sync eventhough it is connected and on iOS I've got the same error.

I recently experienced that myself. removed it from all my devices, took out the battery and left it out for about 20 minutes. Added it back to m y phone and my other devices and all is well again.

same here! please Garmin-Brooks have a look at it, otherwise it is the most expensive HR strap with just a basic use... thanks

I recently experienced that myself. removed it from all my devices, took out the battery and left it out for about 20 minutes. Added it back to m y phone and my other devices and all is well again.

Removed it from all devices and the web, removed the battery for a few hours, it is syncing but no data is actually uploaded (neither steps, nor hr data).
