‘Network Connection Error’ when adding Running Gear

I faced a ‘Network Connection Error’ when I wanted to add my running gear. I tried closing the app and tried adding again, but the same error popped up. What can I do to resolve this?

  • That happens because you added the gear to garmin connect as new after the "first" workout took place. You need to remove the gear and add again but on first use date put the day before. That should fix it.
