Edge 810 failing to sync with iPhone

iPhone 12 iOS 14.4.2 with new connect updated app ver 4.42.0.26 not syncing to Edge 810 device.  810 running Bluetooth does connect, syncing to account does not.  Must connect to computer via USB to upload to account.  No issues with the .fit files. Already uninstalled app, removed device, turned phone and device off.  Performed a factory reset of Edge 810. Turned on, reinstalled app, reconnect Bluetooth. Receive error Sync Failed- FileTransferError offsetMismatch.

Any help would be appreciated.
