I think my Garmin Instinct updated recently and now since today suddenly my watch settings are in English while the last year until today they were in Dutch. Yesterday I got some new messages once in while during the day saying "Beweeg!" which is Move in Dutch, and suddenly from today on it says "Move!" when I sit still behind my desk (nice feature ;) ).
But how can I turn back on NL / Dutch language? In the system settings it says "Nederlands Not installed".
