Galloway 10 km plan has me doing long runs of 11.2 km And now 14 plus km ? Why ?
To run a 10 km race you should have some long runs that are longer than the race distance.
At week 2 ? As a half marathoner I’m good with long runs but tend to build to race distance
Maybe you did good on the benchmark run and set high goals when you started the plan.
Week 2 sounds a bit early if it is a long plan.
