why are not all downloaded golf courses showing up in the list?

Garmin Connect - Downloaded Golf Courses shows only "some" of the downloaded courses.  When I go to "add" "+" a course, type in the name in the search box, it shows the course as already downloaded - with a check mark. However, this course does NOT show up in the list of downloaded courses. When I select this course - it shows me a map and indicates the course is downloaded - but it is not in the list of downloaded courses to select. WTF?  If the course is not in the list - it won't download to a Vivo 3 Music device. Bottomline - I can select from some of the courses that are downloaded - but I have several that I can't. No obvious differences - but several courses I play won't load or appear in the list - even though they indicate they are downloaded in the Garmin Connect App.

Help?

  • Just started happening today. Uninstalling the Connect app and downloading the courses worked for some courses but not all. Tried power off/on phone,

  • Make sure to use the Garmin Connect mobile app to manage your downloaded golf courses for your watch...as opposed to using the Garmin Golf app since that specific model is not compatible with updating downloaded golf courses through the Garmin Golf app. 

    Once you have added new courses wanting to be played, or have removed and re-downloaded existing courses through the Downloaded Golf Courses menu using the Garmin Connect mobile app, sync your watch from the Garmin Devices menu within the Garmin Connect mobile app and see if then the list updates properly.
