I don’t know what I am doing wrong but I can’t get my swimming activity to save

    , which Garmin device? Do you mean that when you stopped the activity it won't save on the watch or do you mean that it won't sync with Garmin Connect?

    If it's saved on the watch but not syncing with Connect, could be the activity is corrupt. You can test if corrupt by trying a manual upload to Garmin Connect - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

    If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
