Connect app won’t let me sign in

I have an iPhone 7. I’m trying to connect to the Garmin connect app but when I click sign in it just loads endlessly. I never actually get to the sign in screen. Is my phone just not supported?

The latest version is 4.41.2. Requires iOS 12.0 or later. I would try uninstalling, restart, the phone, install again.

I have a Huawei P30, logging into app just keeps going back to log in page. The secondary code numbers come as a sms. App works on Huawei 10 mate OK. Seems to be a concern with the app. IMHO. I have cleared the cache, Unistalled the app and reinstalled several times. Still no good. Very disappointing considering the Zumo xt is very advanced.

Which app are you trying to use? Zumo XT should be connected to the Garmin Drive app. This forum group is about the Garmin Connect app.
