Forerunner 35 not syncing data after update 4.41.2

I have a forerunner 35. It is connecting via bluetooth, I’m receiving notifications and it is syncing. However after syncing there is no data since last Thursday morning after my workout when the 4.41.2 update was installed. I’ve tried closing the app, shutting down my iPhone, resetting my forerunner, powering it down and more and it is not resolved. Please fix soon!

Possibly corrupt data on the device. Try a manual upload of your activity to Garmin Connect

How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Connect your Garmin device to your computer with the Garmin USB cable
Open the drive associated with your device.

Look for your FIT file by date under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder

Drag and drop the file onto the Garmin Connect Import Data page

Click Import Data

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

3 ways to get the file to us:

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Zip the file, then drag and drop it onto a reply post.
Post a link to the file using a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

Meanwhile, suggest moving all of the .fit files off of your \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device and saving it off of the watch on a computer or other safe location.

I have been doing the manual upload from below, what a hassle! I have tried everything the person above did.

If it's a corrupt .fit file, can you attach your file to your post?

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

when I try to insert using image/video/file my only choice is to add a url

Can you check that file again? It appears to be the wrong type of file. Make sure you're getting the file from the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder from your F35.

All of those fit files are fine. What exactly is the issue you're experiencing? Is your device not able to sync over Bluetooth? Any error messages?

Some suggestions.

After verifying that everything has synced, remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Sync the watch using Garmin Express
Contact Garmin Support

If everything appears to be syncing but you're still not seeing your activities on Garmin Connect Web, make sure you're not logged into the mobile app with a different Garmin account. Your login account name and credentials should be identical for Garmin Connect Mobile, Garmin Connect Web, and Garmin Express. I did the reset and I think it worked. Thank you for all of your help!
