The Garmin app is not updating with the number of steps recorded on my watch. It is about 1,000 short. This has happened twice before, despite my syncing the watch and App. Most days it registers the steps correctly. Why is this happening?

This just happened to me today!! Frustrating!

Can you force a sync when you open the app by tapping on the sync icon at the upper right hand side of the screen?
