I have had the same device and iPhone for 8 months and it has worked perfectly. the past two weeks it stopped updating my VO2 Max and therefore the Training status. In troubleshooting I reset the software on my 245music. I have reentered all my information but now I can't pair to my iPhone. I know it isn't an iPhone issue because my bluetooth works with all other devices, just not the watch. I reset the app, I turned of/on both devices and have the same problem. It never even gets to the password stage, just "we are having some trouble locating your device".
