Strength all is listed as unkown and can not add exercise

Same goes for previous logged strength workouts. Gone in app but not online. Anyone else? How to fix?

App update, UK, 9th April - 4.41.2.1 - Bug still remains (as does the scrolling bug I mentioned) - iOS 14.4.2. 11 Pro.
