I updated the app recently and lost all the historical data in the menstrual cycle tracker. How can I retrieve it?

I have been tracking my info for 2 years and use the tracker to plan/avoid pregnancy. After the app update, the memstrual tracker was wiped clean. 

  • Same thing happened to me!! I’m so upset. Reached out to service but haven’t heard anything yet

  • Update! If you log into Garmin Connect on the web the data should still be there. Customer support had never heard of this issue so I had to send them a screenshot. Emily was the person who I chatted with.  They aren’t sure what the issue is but said they would keep me posted. I encourage you to reach out through service center to them. Could never hurt to have more examples of issue

    Thanks for the update!! I will definitely reach out and check online. 

  • I’ve just lost all mine from the app as well.

  • If you fill in your symptoms on your watch you don't need to click only on the "V" sign to log symptoms (then jt does not work), but first you need to click on the symptom itself. Then a "-" sign appears above the symptom and then you press the "V" sign to log it. Then you will also see it on your connect app  It works for me now!
