Update! If you log into Garmin Connect on the web the data should still be there. Customer support had never heard of this issue so I had to send them a screenshot. Emily was the person who I chatted with. They aren’t sure what the issue is but said they would keep me posted. I encourage you to reach out through service center to them. Could never hurt to have more examples of issue
If you fill in your symptoms on your watch you don't need to click only on the "V" sign to log symptoms (then jt does not work), but first you need to click on the symptom itself. Then a "-" sign appears above the symptom and then you press the "V" sign to log it. Then you will also see it on your connect app It works for me now!
