“sign in attempt failed”, “sorry, something went wrong. Let’s try that again” on iOS app.

I keep getting “sign in attempt failed”, “sorry, something went wrong. Let’s try that again” on iOS app. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

any ideas?

Hi there, were you able to solve this problem? I have it now with Garmin IQ, Connect is working fine but not IQ. Thank you for some help!

I have the same on PC, can reset my password but can't use the Tacx Cloud, but it works on my samsung phone...
