Is it possible to ad an activity to tracks to do it again? In the manual it says to use the wheel in the upper left corner - but there is no wheel in the upper left corner in the connect app

Yes, it is possible. You must use Garmin Connect Web to do that.

Ok- so it’s not possible to do from the app?

Correct. There are many more functions in Garmin Connect Web than in the app. The app is very limited.
