Hi.
I have a Garmin Approach S60.
On a daily basis it is not showing any of my steps in the daily bar chart on Garmin Connect App for Apple ios (it does show them on the watch face).
This also applies to the Calories, Resting energy data and Intensity minutes not showing in the daily charts, they are just blank saying I have burnt -- calories (resting or active).
The only way I can get these to update is by connecting to my computer each time, and then syncing with Garmin Express.
I shouldn't have to be doing this every day (if at all), it should be displayed in the Garmin Connect app automatically.
Once I have synced with Garmin Express the data all of a sudden displays how I want it to in the Garmin Connect iPhone app, but then the following day all the data is missing again.
Please help a frustrated user. In this day and age we should not have these kinds of issues.
I have uninstalled the Connect app on my phone, then re-installed.
I have removed bluetooth connection pairing the phone and the watch
I have removed my watch from Garmin Connect and reconnected, still no joy!
