My last won’t download. I even did a short ride after that to see if it needed to be repaired with my phone and it uploaded fine but the one prior just won’t come through. Any suggestions?

How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
If you get any message other than Import Completeattach it to this thread. We can attempt to repair it.
Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for file >> OK. Or drag and drop it onto a reply post.
Alternatively, post a link to the file using a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
