How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

• With your Garmin device connected to your computer
• Open the drive associated with your device.

• Look for your FIT file under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder

• Drag and drop the file on to the [Garmin Connect Import Data page] 

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread.

In a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for file >> OK. Or drag and drop it onto a reply post.

Alternatively, post a link to the file using a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
