I’m trying to download a course I made in the past, but, the download option isn’t there.
From the Garmin Connect app on your phone? Are you just trying to "Send to Device" ? It should work from [Garmin Connect Web], assuming there's nothing unusual about the course.
Ok then try it from [Garmin Connect Web] There is no download option on the app.

Apple does not make this easy. Where is the course now? Is it already in your Garmin Account under courses or somewhere else?
I just sent it to my computer and it worked.
