Sync data doesn’t work - vivofit 3

I can’t get my synced data from my vivofit 3 watch onto my app? I can easily sync, but i can’t see the data.

What could the problem be?

Are you referring to activities or other daily data such as steps, or all of it? When you sync, you see the green dot and the circle completing indicating successful sync, but then you look and it's not there? Can you force a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web or Garmin Express?

I am having the same issue since last Thursday. The device is counting my steps and it appears to sync but no steps are registered in my challenges. My activities seem to be recording but sleep data is not.
