Iphone 12 not compatible with garmin fenix 3 hr?

the garmin fenix 3 hr watch crashes and working very hard after i changed the iphone 8 phone with an iphone 12. what is the problem? are they not compatible? it works extraordinarily hard when the watch is connected to the phone. otherwise it doesn't work hard

Hi there! Do you still have the old iPhone near? Have you made sure the device is removed from the Bluetooth settings of the old phone? Then power off your watch and back on and pair it to the Garmin app on the new phone. Let me know if this works for you.

Hi my problem is similar Impossible to link the Fenix 3 HR with my new iPhone 12, but the watch doesn't crash. I disconnected the watch from the old phone (even shut down the phone) tried to connect with my iPhone 12 and they don't see each other. Tried to reboot the watch and the iPhone. No possible connections. Need help. tried to reconnect with the old phone, it works. but not with the new one...
