Activity Won't Sync with App or Import to Garmin Connect Website - Corrupt? Help?

Hi! I recorded a run a few days ago on my Forerunner 35 that won’t sync with the Garmin app even thought my other activities have. I tried following advice I found on here and attempted to upload the file of the activity from my computer to the Garmin Connect website, but it’s saying there is an import error. Is the file corrupt / is there another way to upload it? Someone help! Here is the file: /Users/Delaney/Desktop/B36G5404.FIT 

  • Former Member, looks like you're trying to share the path to your desktop folder on your computer. That won't work. Please upload the file to the forum this way:

    • Start a  reply post
    • Click on Insert  >> Image/video/file >> Upload
    • Browse to your FIT file (B36G5404.FIT) and double-click it
    • Click OK
    • Reply

    Or you can just drag the fit file onto a reply post if that is easier for you.
