Bluetooth connectivity

When connecting headphones to my watch for an activity the connection cuts out every single time after around 5/10 minutes ... have tried multiple different headphones from different brands and it keeps happening. How does this get fixed? I have the latest system update for the watch and it was never an issue for the previous 10 months of owning the device. 

  • Have you tested to turn off bluetooth on your phone and after that turn on the headphones and connect them to the watch? After they have connected to the watch you can turn on bluetooth on your phone.

  • Thanks for your reply, yeah I’ve tried everything I can think of. I don’t take my phone out with me on activities so it can’t be the case of the headphones trying to connect with another device
