I can’t download my Spotify playlist in to my Venu Sq music

When i try to download my previously downloaded Spotify playlist in to my Venu SQ Music, just stay in the message ‘A procurar redes wi-fi’ and then ‘Não foi possível transferir os certificados’

what am i doing wrong?

HI there! Can you sync your device over Wi-Fi then go back and try to sync your Spotify playlist again?
