Apple Health Flights Climbed sync with Garmin Connect

Greetings,

I recently upgraded from a VivoSmart 4 to Venu SQ.

I love the Venu SQ, but it does not track my Flights Climbed since it does not have a Barometric Altimeter like the Vivosmart has.

My Apple Health App on the iPhone is able to track the Flights Climb and I would like to know if there a way that I can sync with data with the Garmin Connect App.
