No keyboard for bluetooth code entry: Pairing new iPhone 12 with existing Fenix,

With the latest iOS the Garmin Connect app does not allow to enter the bluetooth code while pairing a fenix with the iphone. The entry field in the Garmin connect app pop up, but if i click into the entry fiel no keyboard is displayed to enter the code. I tried also to copy paste into the fiel but also this doesnt work. Any solution for this?

I updated the connect app, restarted the phone And then it worked. iOS 14.4.2 and connect version 4.41.2.

Same here. My Connect app was already up to date, but the keypad was missing. Powering the phone off and back on fixed it.

Hello all. This issue can be resolved by removing the Fitness device from your phone's Bluetooth menu and then initiating the pairing process once more. Additionally, this should not be occurring on iOS 15. If you are experiencing this on iOS 15, please make sure to remove your device from the Garmin Connect app and the iPhone's Bluetooth menu, then hard reset your device.

To perform a hard reset, press and hold the power button on your watch. Ignore the "Power Off" question and the assistance alert (if applicable) on your watch, just continue holding the power button pressed down until the screen goes blank. Once this occurs, you may release the button. Allow the watch to sit powered off for a few seconds, then you may power it back on by pressing and releasing the power button.

After the hard reset, please power cycle your phone and resume the pairing process once again.
