Garmin Venu won’t connect to new iPhone 12pro

I can’t pair my Garmin Venu with my new iPhone 12 Pro. I forgot the device on my old phone and it still doesn’t even appear on my new phone when both are in pairing mode. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded. I’ve restarted the phone. I’ve tried pairing again with the old device. Nothing works. What should I do?

  • Hello! I am sorry to hear the device has not paired. Can you sync the device with the computer using Garmin Express. Then go ahead and reset your Venu by going into the settings. Then be sure the Venu is in pair mode and then add in the app only. Let me know if this works or not and we can go from there!
