Connect iOS and Vivosmart 4

HI, i have recenlty bought a new iphone , coming from android. 

My vivosmart 4 pairs and sync with Connect iOS but after a while (hours / minutes it differs) the syncing stops and notifications does not come through. 

The phone's bluethooth shows the watch is connnected but in Connect Ios when i force a sync it times out. 

I then have to disable bluetooth , shut down connect ios and then restart bluetooth and connect iso and then the connection is good again. 

I cannot figure out what causes the connection to fail. 

The connection stays sometimes for a day and then all of sudden gone. Or it stays for an hour and then its gone again. 

Anyone has some ideas?

I have done the forget device and restarted my vivo with garmin express. Lates firmware on both devices. 

Please help !
