garmin fenix s 'syncs' but nothing is being synced..

my garmin fenix is not syncing properly to my iphone, i have tried everything, switch off both devices, on and off with blue tooth, disconnect device, re-pair... the app looks like its syncing but it goes too fast and no data is transerred, ive tried to do it directly from my phone it says transferred but nothing is..  this is super frustrating.

    When it syncs, are you seeing the green circle and dot completing the circle around the image of your Garmin device?

    If so and you're still not seeing activity data, these could be signs that somehow you're using more than 1 Garmin account - Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing

    Another possibility is that you've got a corrupt fit file in the \GARMIN\\ACTIVITY folder of the device. You can test this by attempting a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web...

    • Connect your Garmin device to your computer
    • Open the drive associated with your device.
    • Look for your FIT file under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder

           

    • Drag and drop the file on to the Garmin Connect Import Data page.

           

    If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the file and attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see what might be wrong.
