Watch bug during activity

Hello,

I still have a problem with my vivoactive 3 music.

In the middle of the race, the music stops and it is impossible to restart it.

However, the race continues to follow its course on the watch but, once finished, it is impossible to synchronize the race on GARMIN CONNECT.

I put the corresponding FIT file in PJ.

The watch reads 9.60 KMS and it bugged around 5 KMS.

There are no timestamps or GPS data after about 4.6 km. Also there is only a start and no stop event in the activity, meaning the activity was abruptly stopped so there is no summary data. Fit File Repair Tool fixed what it could.

OK, thanks for the repaired file.
Where can it come from? I have had the same problem twice.

Can't say for sure, but usually the recommendation is the following:

Keep the number of files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system to a minimum using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device If you delete the files in your activity folder with a Mac computer, then empty the trash folder before you unplug your device from the computer.
Try to avoid excessive button presses during your activity.
Regularly check for firmware updates.
If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support.
