I can’t pair my garmen with my Noom App as when accepting the terms it is showing an error code

I had an online chat with noom and they suggested some fixes that didn’t work, they said it must be an issue between Noom and Garmin and closed my ticket, so still no further forward.  

Following, I am having the same error...

I found the issue.  DO NOT follow the directions as noted on Noom.  

instead of going into the “connect additional devices” option, go to “choose steps data source.”  In there you should see Connect.  I chose it and it updated immediately.

When I try that, it does not show Connect as an option.  

Do you have the (Garmin) Connect App on your phone?  Is it an iPhone?  That was my setup and it shows for me.  Another option I think that might work is if you use the iPhone built in Health App, allow Connect to feed to the Health App, then Noom can sync with the Health App.  This is what I was going to do and I saw Connect in the list so I didn't have  to.

Yes, I have an iPhone and the Connect app.  My Garmin used to sync with Noom, but stopped a while ago.  I’ll try using the Health App and see if that works. Thanks!

No problem.  I was going to say I thought I saw someone else say they removed and re-added Connect and it worked.  Good to hear.
