Garmin Forerunner 935 pairing in South Africa

Hi,

I am buying a Forerunner 935 in the US, however I live in South Africa. On Amazon it states that pairing with IOS is only possible in the US. Could this be right?

Surely the watch is not network or country locked.

Cam someone confirm.

HI there! This is not accurate information. You can pair the device with iOS. The only difference would be language files. If you would not mind, could you please post the link you are seeing this information on?

It states that "Designed for sale and support in North America only"

Would this be the ROW version then, which would work in South Africa?

Hello! This will work in South Africa, it is referring to language files. Certain languages are only on the devices when the devices are purchased within that region only.
